On November 18th, it became aparent to us that messages submitted to the contact form never made it to their designated e-mail box inside Axiris. After a short but thorough investigation, we figured out a server at our Internet provider's location is silently throwing away the messages coming from the contact form.

It's difficult to tell how long this has been going on. It may be weeks or a few months. If you tried to contact us but received no response, we didn't mean to ignore your inquiry and we apologize for the inconvenience.
